Carrier CARE Team Appreciates Feedback

At MetroGistics, we have a dedicated Carrier CARE Team that assists new carriers with the on-boarding process and helps active carriers with day-to-day activities such as reminders on insurance expiration dates and MetroLoads tutorials. We view our carrier base as a valued partner and like to hear from them on ways we can improve our services and our technologies.

Members of our CARE Team recently attended the Mid-America Trucking Show in Louisville, Kentucky, where they were able to meet some of our active carriers and get feedback on our services and processes.

Another way carriers share information with us is through our annual survey. This year we had over 800 carriers participate, and we’d like to share some of the results:

  • 90% of respondents were pleased with how politely our dispatchers treat them
  • 92% were pleased with how clear the order information was provided
  • 85% were pleased with how quickly questions were answered
  • 91% feel that MetroGistics offers adequate payment options
  • 84% are very likely to recommend MetroGistics to other carriers

“I really would like to thank our carriers for taking the time to participate in the survey,” said Sabrina Summers, manager, Carrier Strategies. “Their feedback means a lot to us because it helps us better serve them, and that is what we’re here for.”

Sabrina says the CARE Team will be meeting with the accounting, dispatch and technology teams to review comments and ideas submitted in the survey. Sometimes the smallest changes can make the biggest impact.
