As were navigating down the path startup were finding that our business reputations are solid. Customers like dealing with us because we do what we say and say what we do. Were treating our carriers as our lifeline, if they need money today we will wire money, if they are ok with 30 days then we will bill as normal. The flexibility of understanding the needs of our carrier network is playing out exactly how we expected, very critical!

Understanding the needs of both customer and carrier is our role, adding value to both sides is critical to our success! Customers will find that our automated status reports are critical to their success and being proactive with shipment updates is something that we will provide with every shipment.
All and all it comes down to customer service and carrier service, we preach this each and every day in-house!
